Thomas in Federal Bankruptcy Court, October 22, 1992. The agreement provides seven (7) months for C.B.G., Limited to use its efforts to secure re-financing from one or more sources. The agreement entered into by First Eastern Bank N/A and C.B.G., Limited, appointing MLA the Managing Agent includes the provision that MLA work within a budget to provide essential services of managing and maintaining the Valley including security, snow removal, landscape maintenance, pool, tennis, roads, sewer, water and much more. A critical part of our responsibility is to collect all the outstanding amounts due to C.B.G., Limited for Valley Maintenance, Valley Utilities and Oneida Water Companies. These funds are deposited in separate accounts restricted solely for the purposes noted above. With the oversight of C.B.G., Limited and First Eastern Bank N/A, MLA has the authority to expend funds generated within budgetary limits to keep all essential operations going. This is in the best interest of all property owners. A REVIEW OF THE RECORDS INDICATES THAT YOUR ACCOUNT IS SERIOUSLY PAST DUE IN THE AMOUNT NOTED ABOVE.
