TO:	Resident Property Owners - Valley of Lakes

FROM:	Frank M. Cedrone

RE:	Complaints

Several complaints have been filed by property owners who are
protesting two (2) continual viiolations of our Rules and
Regulations and our Covenants and Restrictions. Specifically,
these violations are listed as follows:

1. A loud barking dog is constantly "disturbing the peace and
tranquility" of the entire residential area surrounding Lake Choctaw.

2. Boats powered by prohibited gasoline engines have been
observed on both Lake Choctaw and Lake Susquehanna.

These violations cannot be allowed to continue ! ! !

Accordingly I have issued the following directives to Gilbert
Werner (MLA), William Kurtz (Security), and Thomas Murray
(Construction Superintendent):

	a. Distribute Complaint forms to protesting property
owners who can attest to these violations.

	b. Upon verification, take immediate legal action to
have fines imposed.

	C. Suspend all privileges for property owenrs committing
these violations, until corrective actions have been completed

Cooperation of all property owners in reporting these and any
other complaints is urged.

Sincerely,

/s/
