FRANK M. CEDRONE
VALLEY OF LAKES AND EAGLE ROCK RESORT
P.O. BOX 2039
HAZLETON, PA. 18201

MR. CEDRONE,

YOUR LETTER OF AUGUST 25, 1993 IS HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGED.

WHILE CBG LTD. MAY NOT RECOGNIZE VOLCA, THE FACT REMAINS THAT
VOLCA IS A LEGALLY CONSTITUTED BODY SANCTIONED UNDER
PENNSYLVANIA STATE LAW. VOLCA HAS BEEN IN EXISTENCE SINCE
1976 REPRESENTING THE INTERESTS OF VALLEY OF LAKES PROPERTY
OWNERS AND RESIDENTS, AND PRECEDES CBG LTD. AS AN
ORGANIZATION IN THE VALLEY OF LAKES.

IT COULD BE ARGUED THAT YOUR REASONS FOR NOT RECOGNIZING
VOLCA CAN ALSO BE ATTRIBUTED TO CBG LTD. WHICH ITSELF IS
DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ANGUISH AND SUFFERING OF MANY
PEOPLE OWNING PROPERTY IN THE VALLEY OF LAKES.

CBG'S"CONVICTION AND SENTENCING"OF VOLCA FOR TRESPASSING ON
THE DAY OF VOLCA'S TENTH ANNUAL PICNIC IS INTERESTING IN
LIGHT OF THE FACT THAT THE STATE POLICE INVESTIGATED CBG'S
COMPLAINT, AND AFTER HEARING THE FACTS ALLOWED THE PIG ROAST
TO CONTINUE DESPITE CBG'S ATTEMPT TO ABORT VOLCA'S EFFORTS BY
REMOVING PICNIC TABLES, DISMANTLING THE GRILL, SHUTTING DOWN
THE RESTROOMS, TURNING OFF THE ELECTRICITY,POLICING VOLCA'S
ACTIVITIES, AND IN GENERAL HARASSING PROPERTY OWNERS WHO PAID
THEIR MAINTENANCE FEES WHICH INCLUDES THE RIGHT TO USE COMMON
GROUNDS. TO THEN ATTEMPT TO IMPOSE ADDITIONAL FINES FOR
TRESPASSING WITHOUT A HEARING IS A FURTHER EXAMPLE OF CBG'S
ABUSE OF POWER AND A VIOLATION OF CITIZEN'S RIGHTS.

THIS IS A DISPUTE BETWEEN TWO ORGANIZATIONS. VOLCA REPRESENTS
RESIDENTS AND LOT OWNERS WHO HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO BE
REPRESENTED BY A BONIFIDE, LEGALLY BASED ORGANIZATION. VOLCA
SPONSORED THE PIG ROAST AND APPLIED FOR THE AUTHORITY TO DO
SO. YOUR QUARREL, THEREFORE, IS WITH VOLCA AND ITS MEMBERSHIP
AND NOT WITH THE INDIVIDUALS OF THE VOLCA BOARD WHO ACT ON
BEHALF OF VOLCA.

IN VIEW OF THE ABOVE, THEREFORE, PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT VOLCA
REJECTS CBG'S ATTEMPT TO MAKE THIS A MATTER FOR THE VOLCA
BOARD AS INDIVIDUALS RATHER THAN AN ORGANIZATION. VOLCA AGAIN
REQUESTS A HEARING AS PRESCRIBED BY CBG LTD. UNDER THE SAME
CONDITIONS AS OUTLINED IN OUR LETTER OF AUGUST 15, 1993.
PLEASE COORDINATE THROUGH R.DONGELEWICZ, PRESIDENT OF VOLCA.
